New benchmark for overseas cooperation! Joining hands with African partners to establish joint ventures and empower local production of household energy storage lithium batteries.
Recently, our overseas agile factory cooperation project has achieved remarkable results, successfully establishing a deep strategic cooperation with a well-established battery assembly enterprise in Africa. The partner has been deeply involved in the local lead-acid battery field for many years, and in order to expand its business scope and adapt to the trend of new energy development, it has officially transformed and upgraded to the home energy storage lithium battery track. This project adopts a joint venture model with joint investment by both parties, relying on their respective core advantages and utilizing local tax and tariff policies to jointly build a localized energy storage production base, laying a solid foundation for our company's global energy storage capacity layout.
Based on the cooperation plan, our company will provide a complete set of production equipment and complete SKD/CKD materials for the joint venture factory. Currently, all equipment and supporting materials have been fully delivered, ensuring the smooth landing and production of overseas production lines. From hardware equipment to core materials, a one-stop supporting solution effectively solves various pain points for overseas factory construction, helping partners quickly build standardized lithium battery assembly production lines.
Technological empowerment and talent cultivation are the key to stable production capacity operation. To this end, our company has dispatched a senior technical and management team to provide specialized training throughout the entire process for employees of our African partners. The training content closely follows the actual production of household energy storage lithium batteries, covering core content such as overall product assembly process, precision laser welding operation, BMS battery management system testing, standardized warehouse management, and the establishment of a complete QC quality control system. The training format of full process practical teaching and one-on-one guidance enabled participants to quickly master various professional skills, and the special training work was successfully concluded.
At the project summary meeting, both parties reached a consensus that phased training is only the starting point of cooperation. After the partner completes the industrial upgrade from lead-acid batteries to energy storage lithium batteries, various practical problems will still be encountered in actual production and operation. Both parties will establish a long-term linkage mechanism to maintain real-time communication and information synchronization, and solve problems in a timely manner with an open and collaborative attitude. We will also continue to rely on mature domestic production technology and experience to provide full cycle technical support for overseas joint venture factories, help them operate stably, and continuously produce high-quality and high reliability household energy storage lithium batteries, steadily developing in the local market.
With the successful practice of this African project, our company has officially launched a global layout and plans to replicate this mature joint venture construction model in multiple countries around the world.
